| Very interesting Japanese table medal commemorating Naval Admiral Togo who was a national hero from the war with Russia. Gold finished medal has a raised portrait of the Admiral with all of his medals in good detail. The back shows a Japanese war ship in profile beneath a rising sun and a wreath of cherry blossoms and crysanthimums with nationalist and patriotic slogans. Nice quality and heavy medal. Measures 5.4cm and 3.2 ounces. Really neat item. | |||||
