Yes, it is an odd item, but very important to uniform collectors. This pink pair came from an unissued lot so condition is perfect with like-new elasticity. Label bears the generic term "Wehrmacht Helferinnenkorps" so my assumption is that this pair would be appropriate to any lady's uniform from any branch, such as nurse, labor corps, military etc. Tag also designates the supplier/distributor as "RTB", the article as a slip and the date February 1945. In addition to this military identification tag are the maker's labels which read "R.T.B." (Again, the supplier) and "5" (Size). A very difficult item to find.
